Song Dynasty Yaozhou Celadon Dish with Lotus Leaf Design

We strive to restore the images of these artworks to closely resemble the original pieces. However, due to variations in buyers' display screens or other factors, there may be some differences between the actual color, glaze, and what is seen on the screen. We are not responsible for these discrepancies.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all information about the online artworks, including condition and provenance, before placing a final order. Although we make every effort to describe items accurately, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, condition reports, images, or other information provided are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We strongly encourage buyers to carefully inspect all items of interest.

If buyers require absolute certainty regarding the authenticity of an artwork or are uncertain about the appraisal conclusions, we recommend not placing an order for that item.

Due to the high costs of logistics and shipping artworks, we do not accept refund requests at this time. All sales are final.

General Shipping (North America)

Small Item Shipping: We provide packaging and shipping services for smaller items, but the buyer must separately cover the packaging and shipping costs.

Large Item Shipping: For larger items, we offer third-party packaging and shipping services. The items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. The specific shipping arrangements will be confirmed between the buyer and the third-party carrier.

Loss: Once the carrier collects the ordered items from the Asian Art Center, ownership and the risk of loss will transfer to the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur during the transportation process. It is recommended to consider opting for insurance coverage with the third-party carrier to mitigate potential losses due to damage or loss during transit.

International Shipping

Shipping Location: The shipping arrangements for international customers will vary based on specific circumstances, and the shipping fees and costs may differ depending on your shipping address. During checkout, you can select the supported shipping destinations from the dropdown menu of regions and countries. If your delivery location is not available for selection, we regret to inform you that we currently cannot support shipping this order to your destination. (This approach is subject to the final design of our website)

Shipping Time: Due to the longer duration required for international shipping compared to domestic shipping, your package will be dispatched within 5 business days after payment is received. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your international parcel.

Risk: Upon purchase, once the international carrier collects the ordered items from the Asian Art Center, ownership and the risk of loss will transfer to the recipient. We recommend that you consider purchasing insurance for your items thereafter.

Customs and Taxes: During the delivery process, the package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
