General Shipping (North America)

Large Item Shipping: For larger items, we offer third-party packaging and shipping services. The items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. The specific shipping arrangements will be confirmed between the buyer and the third-party carrier.

Loss: Once the carrier collects the ordered items from the Asian Art Center, ownership and the risk of loss will transfer to the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur during the transportation process. It is recommended to consider opting for insurance coverage with the third-party carrier to mitigate potential losses due to damage or loss during transit.

International Shipping

Shipping Location: The shipping arrangements for international customers will vary based on specific circumstances, and the shipping fees and costs may differ depending on your shipping address. If your delivery location is not available for selection, we regret to inform you that we currently cannot support shipping this order to your destination.
